Tap a row to see where its points came from. A tie on points goes to more wins, then the better best finish.

Where points come from

A strictly increasing function of you showing up.

  • Weekly Events. 26 for a win, 19 for 2nd, 16 for 3rd, down to 2 for 10th. Score anything at all and it’s 1: showing up has a non-zero derivative.
  • Monthly Majors, ×2. Same ladder, doubled. A Monthly win is 52 points in one weekend.
  • The Asymptote Open, ×3. 24 to 31 December, so it lands in the October to December season, and anyone can play it. Winning it is 78 points, which is a lot of points to drop into a season with a week left.
  • XP, up to 10 a week. 1 point for every 500 XP, capped at 5,000 XP a week (Monday to Sunday, UTC). Play most days and it adds up. Play all night and it hits its ceiling: XP is a bounded function. Winning isn’t.
  • When it ends: 3,000 dx for 1st, down to 80 for 25th, and an award on your profile for the top ten, with the season and its year on it. Then everyone starts again from zero, which is the most democratic number.
